I have done week 10 run 1 today. It was a bit tough. But I managed it.

15min run 1min walk repeated 3 times.

Just thought that I would share my next journey after the c25k. Now the children are back at school 💪💪💪💙

Great stuff! Making the move from 5 to 10 k is really rewarding. Do it nice and steady though. No rush!

Have fun!

well done alarkin :) I am sure you will crack the 10 K :D

Ouch. That sounds pretty tough. You'd only get a half a breath back, but maybe with your increased fitness a minute is already all you need? Interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Well done! Are you using one of the C25K+ podcasts? I was wondering if I should download them now I've graduated...

Ive downloaded an app called bridge to 10k zenlabs fitness. It asks if u have completed c25k and up dates it to the week thats after 5k graduation.

Yes - take it nice and easy as others above have said. Surprisingly, a LOT of C25K graduates who have gone on to B210K have found it to be more difficult than they anticipated. I don't know whether they have treated it too lightly ( after all, they CAN run NON-STOP for 30 minutes!! :) )) - or somehow or other the return to intervals stumps them?? I do recall that I found it to be quite difficult too. So much so - that I didn't finish the programme !! :(

Awesome! I'm debating moving on to couch to 10k as well. Good to hear about those runs!
