I have often said that I don't enjoy running while I'm running but do it for the mental and physical benefits. Well today I enjoyed it, from beginning to end. I don't know if that feeling will stay with me through all the runs but I just wanted to let those of you who aren't enjoying it yet know that it does come. 13 weeks after starting I enjoyed a run.
