Take it easy run turned into off roader!

Just doing my final run of week 8 and thought an easy run round the village after leading Toddler Group would put week 8 to bed! Found a new track after about 15 minutes and it led through a covered wooded area onto a grassy track. Then into a ploughed field, across 2 stiles, across a railway bridge with a million steps and then a field of horses. Felt like an adventure and I did 30 minutes running - just happy I didn't twist my ankle. Week 9, here I come - eek! 😀 Julie

Sounds perfect. I'm in a bit more of an urban area so am quite jealous. Mind you, the canal run here is very pleasant, just ducks instead of horses 😉

That really was an adventure. I can remember trying to walk across ploughed fields once. The memories are in sepia tones, and I seem to remember finding it worse than difficult. If you can now run across ploughed fields, there's nothing you can't run through, if memory serves ... uh oh, now there are just some numbers and something like a cross between a target and a clock...

Sounds lovely!
