I was a bit unsure if I'd make it through 20 minutes without stopping, but a bit of positive self-talk and determination did it. Once I got past 10 minutes and I'd turned to run for home it was easier. Amazing how one minute you're feeling like you want to stop and the next minute you're floating along with the music and looking at the scenery.
Also, last week I finally figured out that I need to keep my cadence nice and fast -160-170 bpm - but with a short, light stride, just keep the motor running.
Looking forward to Week 6!

Congratulations Milliecent on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
I felt nervous about it and had to do a fair bit of self talk too. As everyone says, trust the program, unless you're struggling physically. If you've done the previous runs, you can do it! Good luck and remember to go slow, but go!
