Week 5 done and dusted

I have never run 20 mins at once in my entire life. My work as made me feel like giving up and had made me cry every day this week. This run has helped to restore my mental wellness and balance as well as achieving a life goal of being able to run non stop. The power of exercise never ceases to amaze me.

Well done! I've just completed Week 5 Run 3 after a very stressful week at work too. As its so hot here we've been running at 7.30 am. Its really helping with my wellbeing, and setting me up for the day.

Week 5 really is a landmark week, the last run is physically and mentally tough. Well done, you've got it in the bag and there is no reason now that you can't continue and complete the challenge. If at any time your brain starts telling you to stop, just slow your pace and tell yourself it's not much different to walking fast :) Sometimes it's all about finding little ways to get to the end of the run.Good luck with the rest of the program and have fun with it too! :)
