I am finding week 7 a challenge and I can’t really put my finger on why. I am hydrated and well rested. I have now run 25 minutes 3 times, so I know I can do it. My breathing is good and my legs feel strong, so I’m not sure why I’m in a bit of a funk
My nutrition hasn’t been great, so going to target that for the next couple of days (before run 3) to try and cheer myself up. Want to finish grinning again 😒

Runner_P, I'm the same... W7R2 for me this evening and I'm just not feeling quite right during W7. My legs feel heavy, I'm not going very fast and I suppose I had hoped to feel better by this point. Feeling a bit deflated to be honest but your point about nutrition and hydration are important and I will work on that too.
I have just completed this run also and found it more difficult today. I had my new running shoes on and so actually ran faster and further, but it was quite windy and I think that tired me a little. However like you said, we have run 25 minutes 3 times now so we know we can do it.
Keep going all! Im into W9 and finding confidence in the longer runs is growing steadily along the way. An experienced runner posted a comment about thinking about the rolling 7-day workload you are doing - its growing all the time - so no wonder some runs can feel a bit of a struggle. I think it was W7R2 that this happened to me too.
You're doing absolutely brilliantly! Sometimes it happens like that. As with life there are peaks and troughs. Don't overthink it, as others have said that run is under your belt. Move on , head up looking forward you'll get that smile back, I bet😄
