I've started running again last week and thought I should just post on here as I feel it keeps me motivated and it's pretty cool to track my progress...
I was out of action for over 2 months due to going away and then being sick for ages! So when I decided to get back into running I was of course very fearful that I would be too unfit... My last run was w7r3, so I decided to start again on w4r3 and have been taking it really slow. Yesterday I managed to finish w5r3 to my surprise!
It's great to know that I haven't lost that much of my fitness and that graduating c25k is still in sight!

Interesting to get some sort of measure of how much one's fitness is lost over time. So it looks like it can work out at "2 weeks for 2 months", more-or-less, which is not so bad, really. It means if there's a interruption it's a mistake to assume that all is lost. Hope you have better luck this time with the injuries, and graduate. (I'm sure that if you've come back, you know how to stay the distance, having already climbed so many of those mental mountains before).
