Yes, you can!! Just go for it, take it steady and it should be fine (I am not saying it will be easy, but you will manage)

Well done you! Getting started is one of the biggest achievements! Are u running on a treadmill or outside? Trust the programme as it is designed to stretch you mentally and physically but to be achievable. Have a rest and on to week 2! I am on week 6 on Monday so it is possible.

I must be motivated to do this because :-
1. I love my bed and I woke up early to get my run in before anyone else in the house got up.
2. It has been raining the last couple of days and I still went out. 😀
