The old W5R3 Milestone

So yeah, I did it this morning, and while I felt a bit stiff and groggy at first, I'd warmed up by the ten minute mark and found my flow, and by the end it felt great - a real personal achievement that I never thought I be able to do 5 weeks ago.

Yay for running, and bring on Week 6!

I just plotted my route on Runkeeper, and including my 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool-down, I covered 5.1k on that session. That's pretty exciting.

It is but hold it down! Don't worry about how fast or how far, just keep plugging away and finish each session safely.

Week 6 is a different animal so you'll need to go steady with it. Take care and you'll nail it

Have fun. Let us know how it goes.
