Just back from this. Feeling good today as my knees and ankles aren't bothering me as they were in Week 4 - a suggestion that I was lacing my trainers too tight may have been spot on (thank you to agednailspace), or perhaps I just pulled something last week and it's healed now.
Run was quite hard. Biggest mistake I made was thinking "Oh, it's quite grey and drizzly and I'm a bit cold [sitting around doing nothing] - I think I need a hoodie for my run!" Note to self: I did NOT need a hoodie...!
Quite skeptical about the looming R3 - 20 minutes non-stop? Hmm, we'll see how that goes... but I have faith in the programme! The worst that can happen is that I won't be able to do it, and then I'll just keep trying until I can!
Thanks to all in this forum - it's definitely keeping me motivated and so nice to talk to others who are going/have been through it! X

I did the same thing when i first ran in the rain. Used a packaway rain jacket and it was horrible running in it. I just go in T-shirt and shorts now and its quite refreshing running in the rain.
The dreaded W5R3 next. I think everyone fears it when thinking about running for 20mins. Its more about endurance now. You've put in the leg work, now you have to work on your mental endurance. Like you say, having faith in the programme is the best positive point to have. You can do it, just dont let your mind give in before your body does.
I see you posted this 2 days ago. So have you given it a go? What I did with my first 20 minute run was to make sure it was all downhill (sometimes going downhill is like having wheels, these days).
