Well, I was out of action for a couple of weeks with nasty cold which irritated my asthma as it always does. So running had to take a break, thankfully it's passed fairly quick and a week or so back on my old inhalers has sorted out my chest. I was away on holiday this week too, which, I was well enough to enjoy and we did a LOT of walking around Northumberland. Feeling good now, so let wk7 re-commence tomorrow morning. Hopefully, I can drop straight back in where I left off without too much trouble!
