Just done my first run since graduating ππ decided to try and up my pace as I'm no fast runner πππ and I managed 4.25 km in 33.28 mins.......so pritty chuffed ππ

Speed is not terribly important, but if you do want to work on increasing it, then a good way is to use one run a week for intervals, or fartlek runs - it's amazing what pushing your heart rate up for short periods will do for both speed and stamina. But take it gently - many small increments are always better than one big one.
