W6R3 - Oh yes!

There was a much appreciated cool breeze on our run tonight. Had to extend our usual route at the end as had literally run out of space! Both commented that we could have gone further, but that's for another time. Two thirds of the way through C25K and loving it! Happy days πŸ˜ƒ looking forward to W7!

Yep, leave it til another time. No need to go any further than the plan. Stay within your remit and you'll get round them all in one piece, which is the name of the game.

Yes that's what we thought...the plan has worked for us so far. Last night we proved we can run for 25 min, we've got next week to work on how far how fast!

Its good when you get beyond the breathing difficulties and everything settles down just you and running. Makes you understand why people ' enjoy' it ( even if, for me, as yet I don't feel it - currently on wk 7 r2) so doing the 25 min runs ...

I had same thing worked out route in advance then found I ran beyond it.

.gonna need a bigger route.... Well done though

Thank you! Breathing was fairly settled - found it easier to get into a rhythm than the run/walk/run earlier in the week. Still can't believe how far we've come since week one!

Well.i always find first 5-10 mins hard then suddenly breathing is ok.. But I carefully calculated a circular route that gave me specific goals... Get to the next corner.... So I worked my way through that , focus on short term goal.. Helps you achieve long term objective..... X
