Was I out running for 30 minutes before 6am on Christmas Day? Yes I was 😊 If anyone had told me at the beginning of the year I would be doing that I would never have believed them. It’s very warm here and quiet on the street this morning. Enjoyed my early morning run. Now off for a shower and wait for my teenagers to get up for a day if fun filled festivities. To everyone running today, have a good one and Merry Christmas to all my running friends whatever you may be doing 🎄🎉🎅🏼🎁🥂🙋🏻

All I've managed today is to walk the dogs. I'm a due a run today but might do it tomorrow on nice flat Oxford streets instead of hilly here at home. Merry christmas xxx

Respect! I did think about it, but then looked at my "Xmas dinner to do" list on the fridge door and poured a sneaky brandy snifter before rolling up my sleeves...

Edit: a few minutes after original post. I mean't to add that I am bit squify, but who cares? 450 calories per session at Week 7!

Ha, it was so quiet. I normally run at 5.30am on work days and I see a few people off to work. Yesterday, not one. I did see a few cars driving by but no Santa or Rudolph. 🎅🏼

I do feel dedicated to my new love for running. I want to keep progressing and enjoying it. My family did think I was mad. I’ll be out again tomorrow. Rest day today 😊
