And graduated!
OMG!
Even ran for an extra 4 minutes (for fun!) and almost covered 5km. (Including up and down the level crossing steps again!)
Can't really believe it. Always believed that I "couldn't run".

Hey, well done, and welcome to the world of runners! You've done an amazing thing, but the best thing is what you can do from now on. You've got confidence in what you can do, and you can carry on getting better and loving what you do.
So what is your next target?
Congratulations what an achievement you must be feeling great and rightly so x
We've graduated!!!!!! We are now runners
Whoop whoop well done! That's fantastic. Enjoy your running x
Yay ! Well done Rainbow, you finally got your pot of gold !
Many Congratulations to you , Happy Graduation Day ! xxx
So did I. Good int it!!! Well done. Congratulations. Are you doing the C25k+ podcasts next. They're good, and you still have Laura to hold your hand
That badge looks great Rainbowsmurf! Many congratulations to you for a fab achievement.
Well done. That's great.
Magic - Well Done - Really Pleased for you
Good stuff !!! 💐
Woo hoo! I did it today too. Although I didn't do 5k and certainly avoided steps. You must be so proud. I want to tell everyone to do it!
Thank you so much everyone!
My next target is to actually run a full 5km (this Sunday) at a Race for Life run.
Well done to TwistaRuns. misswobble and other recent graduates.
Feel a bit of a fraud though as I've just had a terrible run this morning and stopped after 25 minutes feeling sick. I hadn't long had breakfast and I did run up a big hill and think I was going too quick. (Over confident possibly.) Will have to try the C25K+ podcasts as suggested and slow down a bit.
On the plus side I never thought I be using phrases like "going a bit quick" in relation to running!
