Thank you 😊 I feel very proud I did race for life muddy on sat and the training I put it from this helped me heaps I actually enjoyed it 😍 I'm just a bit scared I loose the structure of this as I'm a bit like that I give it my all but need a check list lol. So going to try the stepping stones one and keep this well and truly going. 😘
