So is anyone being brave and running in this heat? Or does anyone have any tips for getting through hot runs?
I only started in February and the higher temperatures have been a shock to the system!

Going out at 6 in the morning before it gets hot
or come to Ireland... 15 degrees and rain
As few clothes as decently possible, drench your head in water before you go out, carry water and run very slowly!
Early mornings are not for me I go in the evening as late as I can since its been hot and take water sometimes ! I am lucky to have sea breezes so its often a bit cooler here.
Plenty of water before and after and during if you go out for long enough (but don't drink too much!!). Light clothes, sun cream and stop if you feel you are getting to hot in an uncomfortable way or get a head ache. See whether you can find a route where you are as much as possible in the shade. And yes, as others say, early morning or in the evening is probably best. Enjoy!
Keep it slow, wear a cap and don't beat yourself up if it doesn't go as planned.
