Haha! After a number of weeks on the IC I'm back! Been taking it easy doing 20 min runs for a couple of weeks but today "me n Julie" we reunited as I listened to week 9 and did a lovely 30 min run - yippeeee! I've missed her but she made me smile today as I ran in the Lancashire drizzle!! Packing for hols this weekend and those trainers are definitely top priority happy to be running again now let's make sure it stays that way.

Ah Rob good to hear from you, that damn IC eh! 25 mins is good, it's all good as long as we keep the faith, and in my case keep the foam roller busy!
I am just beginning to learn the pain and benefits of foam rollering haha
No pain no gain just packing for hols and secretly want to take the roller with me! No way will it fit without eliminating essential shoes 😁

Never used the music on the C25K but now using the spotify link on run-keeper . On the IC this week but v frustrating not being able to run , may try to swim later today.
