I can almost touch my graduation badge 😊 so happy ive completed week 8 i ran my last 28 min run today with runkeeper on and apparently i ran 8.83 km with an average time of 3.15 min/km so thats either wrong or im just faster than i thought i was, either way i feel fan bloody tastic!! Best run so far and i would never have thought this possible when i started C25K ☺☺☺

Getting close now! Well done - on all fronts. When you look back at the first few days, don't you feel proud of how far you've got? I don't know how this thing works, but it does. Have fun going for that badge in week 9!

I suspect Runkeeper had a blip - that would be literally flying! Look at the map track Runkeeper logged - are there strange jags of deviation? When I used to use it to log walks, sometimes its GPS lock jittered, and it would suddenly position me half a mile away, then back again.

Well done - enjoy week 9!

Really well done jules.

I think it is safe to say that you did not run at 3:15/Km but that doesn't matter.

Really don't worry about distance or speed at this time - the important thing is time - you have run for 28 minutes! And that is the only statistic you need for now - once you've run for 30 mins a few times then start to look at distance and speed, though there is absolutely nothing wrong in just running for the sheer enjoyment of it. Really well done - congrats :)
