I've been using mainly the Speed & Stamina podcasts but on a whim today decided to use week 9 for the first time since graduation. Well, that first 'whoosh' chord took me straight back to the hot days of September. Then there was Julie again! If you are in the first weeks of c25k this will mean nothing to you now, but will if you keep going!
There was a strange mix of mud and frost/ice on the path today, slipped once on the mud but managed not to slide into the frozen canal - always good.
Took it fairly slowly and found that I tired early today - oh well, there's always the next run! π

Isn't it amazing how hearing Julie takes you straight back to the time and place you first met! I must admit I have a huge soft spot for our Julie π
I took Stamina with me...and did a speedy (for.me) 3K...18 mins..the rest of the podcast..slow and steady π So very pleased I am getting back on form after being on the IC
Oh yes, I can't wait to repeat those podcasts, I miss Julie, I miss the little bunny rabbit, I miss . . . Running. Happy running to you Joy57! ππ»ππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππ
I love the w9 podcast and often use it when I fancy some music to help me on my way. You're never too good or too experienced a runner to run with Laura
I still use all the podcasts regularly, I listened to week 9 just yesterday, and I did some intervals to week 1 at the weekend. I've looked at other podcasts, I love Audiofuel, but some of them have a woman with a really irritating voice! Gotta love our Laura - and Julie!
