I can't believe that six weeks ago I struggled to do a few 60 seconds run and now I've run for 25 minutes non stop. Following this programme has made all the difference and I'm actually enjoying it (never thought I'd hear myself say that).

Good luck for tomorrow, I struggled a bit with run 2 because I didn't pace myself very well x

And going back to interval? Thought I was going to be pleased but I didn't get on great with run one... Prob in my mind x

Have to say run three has been the easiest this week without any intervals (but not easy) and agree, it's probably psychological x

well done it is a great feeling isnt it keep it up!

That's awesome.!

Iv just started week 6 today and whilst it seemed easy considering I ran for 20 mind before, I'm not sure about the 25 mind I'll have to do on Friday. Positive thinking got me through w5r3 so I'm just try and push through.. see what I get done...
