It was cool, quiet and I actually managed it quite well! i even quickened for the last 60 seconds - still only managing about 7mins 50 odd seconds per km according to map my run.
I got up at 6am and did the run at half past - as I knew I wouldn't have time tonight!
Well done for getting up to run so early, that shows dedication ! Don't, whatever you do , get hung up on your speed at this stage, concentrate on running the time and keep up the good work. Doing well so far !
I'm an early morning runner. I just cannot fit it in any other way. I love being out in the fresh air before most people are up & about. The added bonus is the smug feeling of having done a great bit of exercising before the working day has begun!
That's fantastic Melly, well done! I hope you enjoyed the early run. I love going out early! I'm not great in the heat so if we get a summer this year I think before 6 will be the only time for me. And OMG you are now on WEEK 7!!!!!
