First Run!

Yay, well done! You won't regret it. It gets more enjoyable with each new challenge. I'm about to complete the programme and feel so much fitter for doing it

Welcome and congratulations on starting the programme. It will probably change your life, like it has changed the lives of so many.
Keep running, keep smiling and keep posting.
Hi there, you can't be that lazy as you've made a start !
It's a great programme , supported by this amazing group of people...you'll never want for advice, motivation and support here.
Look forward to hearing your progress.
Happy Birthday for this week btw

Good for you...you have taken the first step (s) .....well done !

Well done. I did mine on Saturday.

Well done! Did mine last night! I was surprised at how quickly the minute running went - which was good! I was puffy, but it was OK! Looking forward to going out on R2 tomorrow.
