Is that what you call it? Yes completed my first session. Lessons learnt - need new trainers... The 1990 something Nike Airs just aren't up to it, need somewhere to put my phone apart from down my bra, need somewhere to put my keys (don't ask), need "in ear" headphones. Apart from all that I've got the perfect setting for a run on my doorstep and I'm feeling good for completing the session without cheating. πŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

Well done on your first run!!

I've always used nike leggings with a pocket in the bum since my gym days! Think they're pretty cheap in sports direct.

Good luck with the rest of week one!

Ha. Great post. On my longer runs I take a mini water bottle. I can't hold anything when I run or it hurts my shoulder. So safely tucked into the side of my pants it goes.

Morning loopy! Very good, you're on your way now :-)

Absolutely no cheating allowed at any point!

Shopping for new stuff is one of the bonuses!

Take advice on your new running shoes from shop assistants, most leggings/shorts/capris have zippie pockets for keys and phone, the world is full of in-ear phones (I've broken 2 sets now so no help sorry!)

W1R2 beckons!
