Really struggled this morning very tired at the moment , been up at 5.30am every morning for the last 7 days letting the daughters pooches in while they have their bathroom done , but hey ho managed to jog walk 4.52km, more walking than jogging. On a good note hubby did 5. 02 in 43mins he's still quite a way to go to get to where he was before being diagnosed with prostate cancer , hormone treatment still making him tired . Only two months to go and they finish 😀 .

Well done Pat, that looks good to me. And well done to your hubby too for pushing on through his prostate cancer treatment. Are you considering doing one of the MoRuns in November?

Thanks AM but with the hormone treatment hubby is on he would struggle to grow a moustache and as we are 76 and 75 (he's my toyboy) I think we will give it a miss 😅😅😅 Pat

Fair enough Pat!! :) I'm working towards doing it again this year (ankle permitting) It's a lovely run with a great atmosphere. I ran it last year with my sister and niece (with drawn on moustaches.) It's a great cause. All my very best to your husband.

Sounds like you are both coping with a lot and it's great that you are still pushing on with the exercise. all the best to you both!

Thanks Ully ewe are doing our best, I am going in a week on Tuesday for a cortisone injection on my shoulder and hope that will ease the pain. Then 2 weeks later I shall be jog/walking early morning sea breeze in Lanzarote, can't wait 😎😎😎😎Pat

Well done you!!! I need to get back to that park soon. It's lovely. I remember there are some tricky up hill bits so well done. Xx

Hubby had the same setback with prostate and bowel but luckily, with him being fit, it made a lot of difference. Just have to beat it. Nearly two years down the track and he walks for miles (with short bursts of jogging for re-assurance he can do it). You guys will get there. Enjoy the running.

That's not struggling - it is a good zoom in my book. Well done both. Enjoy being out there.
