Have not done a run for three weeks, and one run for two weeks before that having pulled a quad. Rested for three weeks, so thought it best to go back to W5R1 for my first attempt again. Absolutely brilliant, completed it and back on form. Last week I did a 5k brisk walk which I think helped. So I'm feeling pretty pleased that I'm back at last, and believe me, taking it very steady. What I am really pleased with is that I still want to do it! I'm still not a fan of running, but I tell you, the feeling you get when you've completed it is something else! Can't thank Laura enough 😃
