Week 7 run 1

My daughter (7) and I did it tonight in the freezing wind and rain. Not a pleasant run for the first half, but wind at the back on the return

For the first time, I could actually chat and run, definate progress and only 19 days till our first 5k run

How lovely to have your daughter to chat to on the way round. It makes the crap weather a bit more bearable.
