First run week 1. I actually got myself to do it! I've never been one for fitness and find it very hard to get motivated but my sister has been doing this for quite a few weeks and has recently achieved her 25 min run...very inspiring!

My next run is Monday I really hope I stick to it...watch this space!

Congratulations! A fabulous achievement starting the programme! If you can, either run very early or in the evening on Monday, if it’s as hot as this. πŸ˜€

Welcome and very well done crossing that first start line, and indeed the finish line. That’s the toughest run to do as it starts from the couch... you can do this... keep dragging yourself to the start lines... find out how awesome you can be. Enjoy your journey.
