Had a great time this morning taking part in Race for Life Glasgow 5k. The rain poured down but it didn't stop the enthusiasm of 10,000 participants.

My time was 31 mins . I was pleased with that. Might have been better is my running partner decided to do a poo at 4km!! Luckily I had poo bags This is Murphy at the end of the run. The crowds loved him.

next Sunday the woman's 10k. Hoping for a dry day.

Thank you, my brother in law who owns him was mortified that he was dressed in pink! Can't run with my pug....legs are too short.

I have wee short legs too just have to move them twice as quick to keep up I guess.

10,000 runners! Crikey me. I think that many folks in one place is just overwhelming. I think I'd go mad. Your dog did very well in the circs. You to as well of course! LOL

He does look very pretty in his rig out. He'll never forgive you though of course! He'll bide his time and get his own back.
