Well I did it! just over 2 months ago I was a non-running, fairly unfit couch potato, now can run 5k in 30 mins. What a feeling!

Thanks Steve, yes I'm really suprised at the pace I've been able to do quite so quickly, my brother is also a runner ( yes I can call myself that now!) and he's done the London marathon, so perhaps it was in my genes all along - I just had to get my a**e off the sofa
