5k run

Ran today after nearly a weeks rest. My hips still feels strange, but when I get those legs running properly everything fits into place and I run with good pace.

Today's run because of the hips and few walk breaks was a stop start run. The time in the end was a respectful 40:28 considering there was quite a bit of walking.

That's brilliant Ania after a week's break. Maybe take a few days rest before your next run.

Thank you it's been a bit of a struggle keeping away from running.
