I was not intending to run today but the forcast this afternoon was better than that for tomorrow so thought I would go !
A bit chilly so wore tights, long sleeve top light jacket and gloves .
This was a naked run in terms of tech and music !
No music and no looking at the watch until 5K 😁
It made a pleasent change 😁
I know exactly where 5K is on this root so stopped then for a quick check !

Well done, Ian! Another 5K under your belt! And no music - we all seem to be trying the same things. I mostly run without music now, but I do like the NRC guided runs. I don’t like the sound of my own breathing, especially if I’m working a bit harder 😬
To be honest the only reason there was no music was because Spotify said it wasn't downloaded 🤣

A good steady 5k, it’s nice when you go out when you weren’t intending too, not sure about running without music, only time I’ve done that was when my tech played up, I suppose it’s a change to listen to the sounds around you, nice if you’re running in the countryside. 🏃♂️
I never ran with music on C25k untill week 6 run 3 then I had a 24 minute pink Floyd track 😁
A very good "maintenance" run for you today Instructor57, I also ran 5K this morning, I am not sure if I should call it maintenance, however, it was my 25th (not) parkrun, I didn't have any music 🎶 either, nice photo of your Garmin Watch.

I couldn’t contemplate running with music now. Sacked my phone off a couple of weeks after finishing C25K in summer and haven’t thought about music since. Prefer to hear where cars are 😂

My run this morning was also without music or NRC - intentional rather than accidental - but was rather laboured. But I had the opportunity to run somewhere special so couldn't resist.
