Well done, Ian! Another 5K under your belt! And no music - we all seem to be trying the same things. I mostly run without music now, but I do like the NRC guided runs. I donβt like the sound of my own breathing, especially if Iβm working a bit harder π¬
A good steady 5k, itβs nice when you go out when you werenβt intending too, not sure about running without music, only time Iβve done that was when my tech played up, I suppose itβs a change to listen to the sounds around you, nice if youβre running in the countryside. πββοΈ
A very good "maintenance" run for you today Instructor57, I also ran 5K this morning, I am not sure if I should call it maintenance, however, it was my 25th (not) parkrun, I didn't have any music πΆ either, nice photo of your Garmin Watch.
I couldnβt contemplate running with music now. Sacked my phone off a couple of weeks after finishing C25K in summer and havenβt thought about music since. Prefer to hear where cars are π
Nice run!And not a bad time for a "maintainance run". I like that phrase. I'm going to steal it from you and use it myself π
My run this morning was also without music or NRC - intentional rather than accidental - but was rather laboured. But I had the opportunity to run somewhere special so couldn't resist.
I have seen him a few times in the park with no top on but was surprised today as it was so cold wondered if it is some type of endurance training or something
