Congratulations Sara1412 I wouldn't say that 35 minutes and 52 seconds was slow, that's a great time. Definitely for your first 5k!!

Congratulations ☺ I beat you though, I was even slower with 44 minutes last time out! It's all great fun though, and unlike most things that are fun it's actually good for us ! Well done Runner 😀

Not a bad time at all! That first 5k feels great doesn't it!

Congratulations!! You must be a young thing... lol I've graduated 3 months ago and have yet to run my 5k under 40 mins.. but hey we all different and times improving
Well done though x

Don't beat yourself up Sara, I can only dream about a sub 40 minutes.

Congratulations on your first 5k! What a great time too! You must be massively proud of yourself. Give yourself a bit of a rest if you're achey and try not to push yourself too hard. After eight weeks on the injury couch I can tell you it's not fun at all and best avoided at all costs.
