Week 4 already 😁 4.4k today and bad leg cramps .... Not enough fluids I think!! May be trying a treadmill run next as still struggling with hills and park run sat x enjoy your week guys x

I think you may be over doing it, 4.4k is good but I don't think you are ready quite yet. My advice, marshal the park run and progress C25K, then come back to park run nearer the end of C25K. You are less likely to hurt yourself that way.

Sounds like you might need to slow down a bit! Especially if there are hills involved. Might be worth a go if you're getting cramps?
