Run 2 in the bag, second time around - wasn't as bad this time. One more run this week before week 5 - not sure I'm ready for Week 5!

You can and you did repeat a run or a week in C25K. You have got this far and you will be ready for week 5 as soon as you are comfortable with your running. 😊 🏃

Yes you are the programme knows best 😉😂 just trust in it and all will go swimmingly 😎 and don’t forget embrace your inner snail, it’s a marathon not a sprint........well sort of 😂

Here's the thing:

Week 1 prepares you for Week 2.

Week 2 prepares you for Week 3.

Week 3 prepares you for Week 4.

I'm assuming you didn't imagine that you'd be able to get to Week 9 without any build-up or preparation beforehand? Otherwise, how else would you do Week 9??

Week 5 is waiting for you. Relish it!
