Week 5 completed without any trouble. on day 3 i twisted my right knee a bit but i finished the 20 min run. i might have to repeat day 3 if i find week 6 a struggle. But that's yet to come :)

Run with a smile :-)

Well moni I'm impressed. I love reading your bio and finding that you want a change in life. I'm also impressed you have made that change as well. I see large women (fat) as you call it starting running and the first thing that comes into my head is. I am so impressed with you. If you do struggle slow down its about the time not the speed and distance. That will come. Once again well done only 3 weeks (9 runs) to go. But if it takes longer don't worry it's all about the enjoyment after all. Fitness will then come naturally. :) J

Hi J :-),

Thank u ever so much for the post :-D

I didn't realize they are only 9 runs to go, till u said it lol TY TY!!

I don't really do it for distance or speed but for time as u said.. :-) And yes, def taking the running on board has been huge change for me! As kid I always found way to get away of running at school. but now i feel like i wanna do it every day. plus it helped me to drop weight (still long way to go but still) :-)

I loved your graduation post and ur video! So inspiring! U look so proud of urself and for good reason! :-D Well done!! What do u do now? - do u stick with 3x30 a week or u are going for the next step (5+,10k,..)

Hi moni. I tend to do the C25k+ 3 times a week tracked on strava. I do cycling as well and when I feel goodi push the 5k up a bit. I've run 109 miles since jan 5. I love to run to de stress and cycle too. Good luck and keep us posted you'll be there before you know it :) J

Well done MoNi.

From struggling to do the 1 minute intervals to being able to run for 20 minutes non-stop. Just think where you will be in another 4 or 5 weeks!
