Slow is good. If this is your first time on the programme keep it slow - you can always speed up in the last few mins if feeling good.

Only when you are ready.🤔

Listen to Mentor’s caution about the two breaks in wk 6.1& 6.2 No drama.🤔👍

Listen to the other mentor also slow & steady.🤔👍

You are still building and learning.

Enjoy and you have so got this🌟👏👏.

Nah, slow, slow, slower. It’s too early to worry about pace, distance, or time You only need finish the session.

To be faster you have to be stronger, and to achieve that, takes quite some time

Be patient though, as it’ll come 🙂👍

C25K is about building stamina and endurance.............speed comes later........... certainly not on W6R1, or you will likely come a cropped.

Patience.

Slow is fine- pace can wait! You can work on that after graduating if you want to. 😀

Don't worry. You're doing great. You're going to find the next week or two tricky. Stick with what's been working so far 👍😊
