After falling off the running wagon about 9 months ago I started back up 2 weeks ago and am running 5kms again. I think i missed the structure if the podcasts (if not the music!) and want to try one that will take me to 10k - Any reccomendations?

I've gone back to running with Laura and the cheesy music recently, regardless of how far I'm planning to run that day. It's strangely comforting - kinda nostalgic - and makes me remember what a struggle it was to start with and how much it has changed my life. The first song of Wk1 - the greatest day - always has a big emotional effect. Am I weird??!!
