First 5km!

Ran 5k for the first time this morning - 2 months after graduation. Feel like I have now achieved both parts of the challenge (i.e. running for 30mins and running for 5km) - but I suspect it will be a very long time indeed (if ever!) before I can run 5km in 30mins!! Very happy with today's achievement - beautiful blue sky, lots of birdsong and nice and cool for running - good start to the day! 🙂🙂🙂
