Thought I wouldn't even start today. Was breathless just walking down the stairs.
However on 1st run contemplating crashing in a heap I hear by old drill instructor...left left left right left.... I hit EVERY foot fall on time.... really pleased.
Looking forward to week 3 now

Well done!!! I’m only 2 weeks ahead of you and it’s amazing how clever this programme is at moving your fitness on week by week. I couldn’t even manage a minute of running in week 1 and can now do 5 Min blocks - very slowly!!! Keep going 😊
