I've got run 1 week 5 this morning. Feeling nervous about it, not sure if I can manage 5 mins in one go never mind 3 times.

Argh. I have to get some mental toughness.

You can do it! Just remember it's all a mind game! Each week in the program prepares you for the next - so you are ready! :)

Just take your time and focus on each individual segment.

Trust the programme. It's got thousands of people running for 30 minutes so it must be doing something right.

Your body is ready. You just have to tell your head to f*** off and let you do your thing.

You already did 2x5 mins in week 4. It's just an extra 5 mins. Keep it slow and steady and you will be fine.
