I am so pleased. I moved onto week 3 today after 2 weeks on week 2 and although I was dreading it I did it. All of it. Without stopping.
Then I came home and took the dog out on her walk.
I feel fab.

Congratulations, I just completed my first week three run as well. It wasn't as much of a monster as I imagined it was so I'm all chuffed today. : D

Congratulations, running isnt important, if you dont feel like going running, go out and walk for 30 minutes, you will have burnt the same calories. 3 thirty minute walks a week will get you fitter and more prepared to continue on c25k
