Garmin Connect Group

Hi All, I have started using Garmin Connect and noticed a Couch to 5K group on there. I have requested to join the group, but had no response yet. Is it defunct? or should I take the hint?

Not sure about that one as it doesn't have many members but I have joined this HU forum the name is NHS C25K H.U. Forum Group under Garmin Connect so it might be worth joining that

I think it's still current. You can hook up with your fellow garmin users on garmin connect (that are here) when you upload your runs. It will probably prompt you to hook up with peeps. There are loads here so you won't be lonely

Glad you found it eventually old git and welcome! Sorry about the loooooooong group name but I changed it to distinguish it from the other C25K groups on there!

My local parkrun uses Strava, does anyone know if you can synch both Garmin connect and Strava?
