I have recently started using a Garmin Forerunner 10 (thanks to my wife). I would like to transfer my run data from mapmyrun to garmin connect. Is there any way to do it other than typing it manually?

You can do it, but you have to have upgraded your account to MVP.

what do you use Mapmyrun for? I only ever use it to map out distances pre-run, haha

I use it to record my runs i.e, pace, distance, time and calories. It also stores my route.
