Phone dead but still running

Got ready for my run tonight only to find a dead phone! Went out in the rain anyway to try without Laura, walking to the usual five minute mark and run walking as per previous runs! Felt great today so I carried on for a bit, judging from previous walks I covered 4.9 k in a little under forty minutes! Back to laura on Saturday I promise!

The podcasts are said to be more stable on mp3 players. I did it on mp3 and it was fine. No probs at all. Stick with Laura! She will get you through

Thank you I will get through this, I'm determined to get fitter and lose a bit of weight, slowly slowly though.

Well done for still doing your run, I'd have probably gone home and put the phone on to charge and put my run off! Laura told me she missed you though...
