Yesterday I got out to run for the first time since Tuesday and managed a three miles run on what was very warm conditions. Distance and time was a little down on previous efforts but wanted to make sure I could run when it was hot having run in sleet, snow, wind and rain. Yesterday was the 19 run with Laura after graduation, me my music and Laura with another success.

I am as I use same route I know where my 5 min warm up walk gets to so I start Laura at that position sometimes and run through the warm up this gives me a psychological advantage that when the running actually starts I have already got five minutes extra under the belt I often do this at the end so in theory can run for 40 mins with Laura.

Good to hear all is ok. My world is missing running for a few months but staying bright and waiting to start back hopefully in a few months. It helps reading about everyone’s runs though. Keeps me going. 😊

Of course you can. It’s when I get my time alone with my music, Laura, whatever the weather and my mum in my thoughts.
