So I missed a week where I was ill and I re-did week 2. I was a little disheartened, but having done it this way I think, having lost a week, it was best this way. I did wk2 run3 yesterday and boy do my legs feel it today. Weirdly my tummy muscles ache too, but I do tend to pull my tummy muscles in when I run. Going out for wk3 run1 on Tues/Weds night. Slightly nervous. I hope I can do it. Should add, my friend (and running buddy) has signed us up for a Colour 5k in June. Eeek!

You're doing fine, it's ok to repeat weeks if you feel that's right for you. My tummy muscles ache after a run too, and the backs of my arms..good luck with week 3, you'll love the colour run x

Well done girl. My stomach starts to ache so I deep breath and push it into my belly before I breath out and I find the pain then disappears. Good lucky for Wk3 I'm going out for wk7r2 tonight eeeekkkkkk.
