Well, my head said yeah let’s get up and run. Body said Meh. Anyhow, went with the head and completed the last run in week 3. Pace slightly better, felt tired and my calf muscles really hurt ( tight) during the 5 min cool down. Did some stretches and hopefully won’t be in too much discomfort later and tomorrow. Wk 4 Sunday 😕
