Your ready, keep telling yourself that. Take it nice and slow, tell your self 5 mintues completed, 10minutes completed so it's a check list I find this helps rather than counting time done, focus on what you have achieved in the run. Good luck and most importantly try to enjoy it.
You can and will do it dont doubt yourself or the program, it is the usual slow and steady , it isnt how far you have to go but how far you have come you will rock it !!
You can do this! Just last week you ran for 20 minutes continuously, and now you are an extra week fitter. Take it slow and you'll do fine. W6R3 is a really good run in the program be sure to listen to Laura all the way to the end of the cool down walk.

If you find yourself out of breath just slow down and slow down again if you need to. The important thing is not to stop. You will feel brilliant once you have done it
