If you’ve done the first two runs of week 6 you’re ready for run 3. Have faith in your progress and trust yourself - you can do it. Stay at a slow pace and make sure that you are properly hydrated. Good luck - you’ve got this 😉

If anything, it's bit like the mental step-up needed for W5R3 to get you over the line. The body's ready for it and you have to believe you are too. Finding a comfortable pace early on will help, as will being well hydrated.

If you've put in all the work so far, all will be well. Good luck! :)

Have faith - it isn’t as bad as you think. No worse than the 20 mins in Week 5. When you stop thinking about how many minutes to a break as much, it actually doesn’t seem as long. Make sure your music is energetic, ( I particularly like ‘ Happy’ when I’m flagging) and I find thinking about it in terms of number of songs helps a lot.

Good luck. I’m sure you will be fine. If I can do it, anyone can.

Thank you so much, that is great!

Just did mine today - steady pace, not too fast and mind over matter when you’re starting to feel tired

You can do it. Don't go too fast and just keep going.

You are ready, keep it slow, it’s definitely a mind over matter thing. Good luck and congratulations in advance
